Zhaozhe Chen is a Postdoctoral Research Associate in the Watershed Hydrology Lab at the University of Wisconsin, Madison. He received a master’s degree in biochemistry from Stevens Institute of Technology and a Ph.D. in earth sciences from The Ohio State University. His research interests include evapotranspiration dynamics, land-atmosphere coupling, and the application of bioremediation technologies to improve water quality. His current work explores how critical zone structure mediates ecosystem responses to hydroclimatic variability.
