Charchit earned his master’s in Plant Science with a focus on Soil Health and Water Quality from the University of Missouri-Columbia in Fall 2025. He continued his academic journey in PhD at the Washington State University for Spring 2026 and joined UW-Madison in Summer 2026, where he is be working with water sensors to give nitrate crediting to total nitrogen recommendations in Wisconsin. He will also be focusing on evapotranspiration losses and demands in agricultural fields. Stay tuned for interesting findings!
