Research Overview

Prior to starting at the University of Wisconsin in August 2006, my appointment was in the Environmental Engineering program within the Civil and Environmental Engineering Department at the University of Massachusetts. Recent projects include: safety and handling issues associated with biosolids, source tracking methodologies for microbial contamination of drinking water sources, tools for watershed management, using molecular methods to enumerate indicators and pathogens, and bioterrorism preparedness test methods.
